Mocobizscene-The public is requested to assist the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) in locating Archie Green, a suspect in a homicide investigation. Green, who was born on January 18, 2005, might have knowledge regarding a March 2, 2023 gunshot homicide that occurred on Lesseps Street.
A 14-year-old Octavius Wells was identified as the casualty by the coroner of the Orleans Parish. Although Green is not a suspect, he is the subject of an investigation.
Anyone with information regarding Green’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Homicide Unit or Crimestoppers, per the NOPD. The department underscores to the general public the presumption of innocence until culpability is established.
