A vehicle crashed into Bryan Jewelry store in Prattville overnight, causing business operations to come to a halt. According to the Prattville police, it is believed that the driver of the vehicle was intoxicated during the time of the accident.
The driver was taken to Baptist South for observation, although no major injuries were reported. The jewelry store announced on Facebook that it will temporarily suspend operations in order to carry out necessary repairs.
According to the police, there is no indication that the crash was an intentional act to break into the jewelry store. No additional details have been provided at this moment.
