Mocobizscene- A child in New Orleans East was shot on Tuesday, February 13, prompting an ongoing investigation by the police.A 5-year-old girl was wounded in a shooting that took place in the 6000 block of Chef Menteur Highway, as stated by the New Orleans Police Department around 10:40 a.m.
The girl was transported to a nearby hospital by car, and her current condition remains unknown. The NOPD is currently collecting evidence and gathering information to establish a potential suspect and motive.
