TWRA organizes fishing activities for children of deceased soldiers

On Tuesday, the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) organized a fun-filled day on Percy Priest Lake for children of fallen soldiers.

The Percy Priest Hybrid & Striper Club partnered with the TWRA to organize a fishing trip for children from A Soldier’s Child Foundation. The event took place at Elm Hill Marina and was a great success. Todd Flannery, a veteran and member of the club, was delighted to be a part of this peaceful day on the water.

Flannery expressed his gratitude towards the organization’s efforts to support the children of fallen soldiers. As someone who has served and known some of these soldiers personally, he deeply values being a part of this initiative.

For the last eight consecutive years, this event has been taking place.
