Contrary to popular belief, the rudest Montana town is not Billings or Big Sky or even Missoula. Surprisingly, it’s a small town located in the northern part of the state with a population of roughly 3,000.

According to Travel Alot, Cut Bank, located in Glacier County, holds the title of being the rudest town in Montana. The town’s history dates back to the late 1800s when the railroad was constructed. The website further adds that Cut Bank is considered one of the “most dangerous” places in the state, with a high crime rate. Additionally, the website sheds light on the town’s struggles with education and economic growth.

It’s difficult to understand why Cut Bank has made it onto the list of “The Rudest Towns in The United States” without any concrete evidence, but it appears that some individuals who have resided there believe that this is the case.
