Mocobizscene- The Friendswood Police Department has announced upgraded charges against 17-year-old Conner Hilton following the tragic shooting incident that resulted in the death of 18-year-old Ethan Riley on Saturday.

The police have charged Hilton with two counts of aggravated assault, which have resulted in serious bodily injury. The initial bond set for Hilton was $600,000, but the Galveston County District Attorney has recently increased it to $500,000 for each charge. Consequently, Hilton’s new bond now stands at a staggering $1 million.

On Saturday night, there was a report of gunshots on La Salle Street’s 1500 block, prompting the arrival of the police. Upon reaching the scene, officers discovered two men who had sustained gunshot wounds.

Riley was one of the two individuals injured, as reported by the Friendswood Police. The authorities, along with the Galveston County District Attorney’s Office, are collaborating to enhance Hilton’s charges.
