Sag Harbor DWI charges against Justin Timberlake to be represented by his attorney in court

On Friday, a court hearing is set to take place in relation to the DWI arrest of pop singer Justin Timberlake in the Hamptons.

It is anticipated that his lawyer will be present at Sag Harbor Village Justice Court.

In a recent incident, Justin Timberlake, aged 43, was reported to have driven past a stop sign and veered into a lane meant for oncoming traffic, according to the police.

The arrest of Timberlake was caught on surveillance video as he was driving his car in Sag Harbor.

A recording from a surveillance camera shows Justin Timberlake behind the wheel of his car in Sag Harbor just before he was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

According to authorities, Timberlake was spotted driving a 2025 BMW along Madison Street when he was observed failing to stop and maintain his lane of travel. Upon being pulled over, police noted that Timberlake was driving under the influence of alcohol.

The police report states that Timberlake was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol. He exhibited several signs of intoxication, including bloodshot, glassy eyes, and an overpowering smell of alcohol on his breath. Additionally, he spoke slowly, had difficulty maintaining his balance, and performed poorly on a field sobriety test, as mentioned in the complaint.

According to the criminal complaint, Timberlake claimed to have consumed only one drink when he was stopped by the arresting officer. It was also noted in court documents that Timberlake declined to take a chemical test on three separate occasions.

According to reports, the singer was enjoying a meal with some companions at The American Hotel when they decided to leave. Shortly after departing, they were pulled over by law enforcement.
