In East Flatbush, authorities made a startling discovery when they found a rocket launcher hidden in the basement of a residence on 149 East 35th Street.
According to authorities, the rocket launcher found in the home has been confirmed as authentic, although it is not functional. A bomb squad was called in to safely remove the weapon from the premises.
The police are currently conducting an investigation, and no arrests have been made at this time.
