Mocobizscene-Police are currently investigating an incident where a woman was discovered unconscious in the middle of a street in Northwest D.C. after being robbed.
The police reported that the woman was discovered lying in the 5900 block of 4th St, NW, at approximately 6:20 p.m. on Monday. She had to be transported to the hospital for medical attention.
The victim informed the police that this was the final recollection she had of the incident.
DC Fire and EMS promptly responded to provide medical treatment to the injured individual. It is reported that the victim was fully conscious and breathing when she was transported to the hospital for further care and evaluation. According to a police report, the attacker stole the victim’s purse, car keys, credit cards, and iPhone during the incident.
