Rain And Snow Expected In Los Angeles’ Coldest Storm Of The Season

Mocobizscene-  Los Angeles is predicted to experience a cold and wet first week of 2024, with a 20% to 40% probability of precipitation on New Year’s morning. Pasadena’s Rose Parade is anticipated to be predominantly dry; tickets will be available on Monday morning.

Temperatures on New Year’s Day are expected to range between the upper 50s and mid-60s. With temperatures in the 50s, a cold front is anticipated to deliver light to moderate showers and possible snowfall to the mountains later in the week.

A high surf advisory has been extended through Monday morning for the remainder of the week, indicating that high surf conditions will persist; however, swells are not anticipated to be as intense as they were the week prior.
