Mocobizscene- Harvey Barnes III, a resident of Upper Marlboro, has been charged with first- and second-degree murder, along with other offences, according to the Prince George’s County Police Department. Currently, he is being held in the custody of the Department of Corrections without the possibility of posting bail.
According to investigators, Barnes and Jones had engaged in a disagreement before the shooting occurred. Additionally, they had mutual acquaintances.
