Police are currently searching for a woman wearing a black hoodie in connection with Tuesday’s assault in Northwest, D.C.
Metropolitan Police Department officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of 10th Street, Northwest, at 3:37 p.m. in response to a stabbing victim who was unconscious. Responding to the location, officers discovered a woman with a puncture wound. When transported to a nearby hospital, she was conscious and is anticipated to make a full recovery.
A woman last seen donning a black parka is wanted by police in connection with the alleged stabbing of the victim. Last seen traveling in the direction of the north on 10th Street, NW.
Active and ongoing is the investigation into the stabbing incident.
