Police: Mother kidnaps 3-year-old on Staten Island

Mocobizscene-A three-year-old girl has been abducted by her mother on Staten Island, and the police are searching for her. According to the police, 26-year-old Randalae Rhodes does not have custody of her daughter Kadence, who is three years old.

The toddler was picked up near Curtis Place in St. George on Saturday at noon. Police are asking anyone with knowledge regarding the whereabouts of the three-year-old and the Rhodes to contact them.
