Mocobizscene- The Prince George’s County Police Department received a distress call around 1 p.m. on Monday, reporting a shooting incident at the King Shopping Center in Landover. Upon arrival, officers found at least one person injured and in need of immediate medical attention.
Police discovered Rashik Jones, a resident of Landover, after which he was quickly transported to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead later that Monday afternoon.
Authorities are still investigating the incident. Authorities cannot establish a motive or identify any potential suspects in the ongoing investigation.
