Police arrest two individuals in Palmdale for illegal alcohol distribution due to lack of license

Mocobizscene- Two individuals were taken into custody on suspicion of selling alcohol without a permit and operating an unlicensed club during a sting operation aimed at shutting down unauthorized concerts and events in Palmdale, as per authorities on Sunday.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the California Highway Patrol, and the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control collaborated on a joint operation that took place from 6 p.m. on Friday until 2 a.m. on Saturday, according to sheriff’s officials.

The LASD stated that plainclothes investigators were able to successfully infiltrate a significant illegal event at around 9 p.m., collecting crucial evidence of violations. The location of the alleged illegal activity was not disclosed by officials.

According to the statement, the operation was launched in response to multiple community complaints regarding illegal concerts and events. These events, which were promoted through social media, had sparked concerns about public safety and order.

Around 150 individuals reportedly participated in the gathering, which showcased live musical performances, armed security, and various vendors.
