Mocobizscene- According to the arrest report, Carvajal claimed that he met the girl on Instagram recently. He said he was offered $200 to accompany her to the undercover appointment. Carvajal admitted that he had doubts about her age but failed to verify it besides asking her directly, to which she claimed to be 18. Carvajal mentioned that he was instructed to drive her to Homestead after the undercover appointment.
