Mocobizscene- The Metropolitan Police Department has apprehended a 15-year-old boy in connection with a robbery that took place in Garfield Park.
On Sunday, January 7 around 5 p.m., the police swiftly responded to a robbery incident at Garfield Park in the 1000 block of First Street, Southeast. According to the victim, he was assaulted by three suspects who then took his belongings. Fortunately, the officers were able to locate and apprehend one of the suspects. The suspect, a 15-year-old male from Southeast, D.C., has been charged with robbery involving force or violence. The police are still actively investigating this case and urge anyone with information about the offense to come forward and contact them.
Authorities are currently conducting an ongoing investigation following the discovery and seizure of various illicit substances at a Red Roof Inn in Glen Burnie. The confiscated items include suspected marijuana, crack cocaine, promethazine, as well as a 9 mm Glock semi-automatic handgun.
