One suspect apprehended for hit-and-run of NYPD officer in Central Park, search continues for remaining two suspects.

An individual has been apprehended in the case.

Last month, an NYPD officer was injured in Central Park due to a violent incident.

Authorities arrested Brent Rosa, an 18-year-old resident of the Bronx, and pressed charges against him for assault, reckless endangerment, and fleeing the scene of a crime.

Last month, a police officer was hit and knocked to the ground by a group of three motorcyclists, of which Rosa was a part. The incident has been reported by the police.

On May 24th, while attempting to escort a group out of the park, the officer experienced an incident near West Drive and West 90th Street.

The authorities are still on the lookout for two suspects who are believed to be involved in the attack.

Julie Won, a Councilwoman from New York City, spearheaded the rally outside the Sunnyside building where the fire tragically occurred.
