NYPD Provides An Update Following The Discovery Of Dead Bronx Twins

Mocobizscene-The deaths of twins, aged five, in the Bronx are under investigation by the police. Three people were missing from the Mount Hope neighbourhood’s Topping Avenue food pantry line on Monday night.

“We meet them every Monday, and they are quite sweet. Pastor Randholf Andujar of the food pantry remarked, “The mother really takes care of the kids.”

Police discovered the boy and girl twins, who used to join the line every week, dead in their East 175th Street apartment on Monday morning.

“It was heartbreaking because last night I was talking with my wife about trying to get something for the kids for Christmas and we were speaking specifically about these two kids,” Andujar stated.
According to the police, their mother reported her children’s unconsciousness to 911 shortly before noon. They were sent home from school last week due to an underlying medical problem, according to sources who spoke with CBS New York.

NYPD gives update after Bronx twins found dead

“When you go up there and see two 5-year-olds laying on the floor, cold and unresponsive at this time of year, you can only imagine what the family is going through, even for myself and the officers.” The commanding officer of patrol in the Bronx, NYPD Assistant Chief Benjamin Gurley, stated, “You can imagine what the mother is going through, the father.”

Whether this is a tragic accident or a criminal case is still being looked at by the police. Authorities informed CBS New York that there was no evident child injuries, no carbon monoxide detected upstairs, and no known history of domestic violence within the family.

“At this time, we don’t know if there was any foul play,” Gurley stated.

The neighbourhood is praying, burning candles, and waiting for answers. We wish to reassure them that they are not by themselves. We adore them. The Rev. Oswald Dennis said, “We pray for them and we’re here for every single one. According to the police, the father of the twins is assisting the precinct. Due to emotional turmoil, their mother was admitted to the hospital.
