Newark Woman Files Lawsuit Against Mcdonald’s After Suffering Hot Tea Burns

A lawsuit has been filed against McDonald’s by a woman from Newark who suffered severe burns from hot tea.

Dyanne Faison filed a lawsuit against McDonald’s on Frelinghuysen Avenue, alleging that she was injured when hot tea was spilled on her. According to Faison, the workers at McDonald’s failed to provide a warning about the potential danger of the hot tea.

Faison suffered severe and lasting burns, along with personal injuries that necessitated medical attention, hospitalization, and medication, according to the lawsuit.
