NEW YORK- A new lawsuit names music mogul Sean Combs as one of three men accused of gang-raping a Michigan adolescent twenty years ago, after transporting her to his studio in New York City.
According to the civil suit filed in Manhattan Federal Court, the alleged victim, identified in court documents as Jane Doe, claims she was brutally raped by Combs, Bad Boy Entertainment president Harve Pierre, and a third unidentified male in Combs’ Manhattan studio in 2003 when she was 17 years old.
According to court documents, Pierre encountered the teen in a Detroit lounge, where he allegedly coerced her into performing a sexual act in the bathroom before they boarded a private jet to New York City.
She claimed that Combs, who was 34 years old at the time, persuaded the girl to travel to New York via telephone.
According to the filing, the adolescent was allegedly given alcohol and drugs upon her arrival at the studio, followed by assaults by Combs, the unidentified third man, and Pierre in that order. Attorneys claim that Combs allegedly observed the unidentified man rape the adolescent as she begged him to stop.
According to court documents, the girl also claims Pierre coerced her into performing a sexual act in such a violent manner that she was compelled to the point of choking and breathing heavily. Pierre abandoned the adolescent in agony on the lavatory floor of the studio upon completion.

Attorneys stated that she was flown back to Michigan following the assault.
The filing states, “For the past two decades, Ms. Doe has been burdened with memories of this tragic evening, which have caused her severe emotional distress and affected nearly every facet of her life and personal relationships.”
The lawsuit is seeking damages in an unspecified quantity.
Combs has been the subject of multiple lawsuits involving analogous accusations. The entertainer has refuted the “horrendous” allegations, claiming that the women’s intentions were financial gain and reputational harm.
“To be completely explicit, I did not commit any of the abhorrent acts that are being claimed. In a statement, Combs declared, “I will fight for the truth, my family, and my name.”
Combs resigned as chairman of his cable television network Revolt last month, following three women filing sexual assault-related lawsuits against him. Cassie, an R&B vocalist, was among those who accused Combs of abusing and raping her for nearly a decade. The following day, the parties reached a settlement.
There were two further lawsuits lodged. Jane Doe, an additional purported victim, levied accusations against Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall in late November, asserting that they alternated in the rape of Doe and a companion in New York City more than three decades ago.
An additional lawsuit was initiated by Joi Dickerson-Neal, wherein she similarly claimed that Combs subjected her to substance use and sexual assault in 1991, during her time as a student at Syracuse University.
