Mike Lindell has announced his intention to present fresh evidence to the Supreme Court in relation to Kari Lake’s efforts to overturn the outcome of the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election.
During a conversation on the War Room podcast with Steve Bannon, the CEO of MyPillow revealed his confidence in possessing compelling evidence that could potentially save our nation.
With Lindell’s backing, Lake took legal action on December 9th. Her lawsuit aimed to invalidate the certified election results in Arizona, asserting that she should be declared the rightful winner of the midterms election. In the original outcome, Katie Hobbs emerged victorious, securing a slim margin of just over 17,000 votes.
In a phone interview with Newsweek, Lindell revealed that his legal team had uncovered highly significant evidence three months ago. “This isn’t about overturning the 2020 elections; it’s about eliminating voting machines,” he emphasized. While Lindell didn’t disclose the nature of the evidence, he did mention that it is unprecedented in history.
The lawyers Lindell hired to file the lawsuit faced sanctions from U.S. District Judge John Tuchi for submitting a frivolous lawsuit. Moreover, the district judge’s ruling was upheld by the federal 9th Circuit after an appeal was made.
Lindell, on the other hand, emphasized that due to the case being dismissed on standing, he had the opportunity to present fresh evidence to the Supreme Court.
“This is a momentous occasion, everyone! It’s the moment we’ve all been eagerly anticipating,” he exclaimed. “The lawyers handed me this document earlier today, and it’s a Petition for Writ of Certiorari.”
“This is not just an ordinary conspiracy theory; it is a significant matter,” Lindell emphasized.
In an interview with Newsweek, he expressed his excitement over the new evidence, calling it the most explosive evidence to date. He emphasized the significance of the recent developments, stating that the lawyers and the entire world will be closely watching. He announced that this Friday, at 3 p.m. on the steps of the Supreme Court, they will hand-deliver this evidence to the world. He confidently declared that it will be the biggest event ever and that they have the power to save the country.
“It’s going to be amazing,” he said, emphasizing that people from both political parties, Republicans and Democrats alike, will be interested and invested in the outcome.
Mike Lindell, a vocal opponent of electronic voting machines, has been advocating for the use of paper ballots in U.S. elections. In addition, Lindell has generously funded the production of wireless monitoring devices, costing $500 each, which he claims can identify if voting machines are connected to the internet. However, the credibility of these devices has been called into question.
Last year, Lindell revealed that he had invested more than $40 million in numerous efforts to overturn the 2020 election. During an interview with Right Side Broadcasting Network, he expressed, “I have used my own funds to save this country… I have spent over $40 million… and now, I am seeking assistance. We need help in amplifying our voice and making a greater impact.”
Lindell is currently dealing with three defamation lawsuits as a result of his baseless allegations that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump. The lawsuits are filed by Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic, both voting-machine manufacturers, as well as Eric Coomer, a former Dominion employee. These claimants argue that Lindell’s comments have caused significant harm to their reputations. Despite the legal challenges, Lindell maintains his innocence and has expressed the financial strain caused by these lawsuits.
