A man was fatally shot multiple times outside his vehicle, according to DeKalb Police.
The shooting took place early Sunday morning on Redan Road, in the 4000 block, as reported by the police. Upon responding to the call of a person being shot, law enforcement discovered a 31-year-old man who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
Sadly, the victim succumbed to his injuries and passed away at the hospital.
