Mocobizscene- On Thursday, a 26-year-old man was accused of raping a lady in a motel in Costa Mesa.
In addition to being charged with first-degree burglary and robbery, Darion Darmaine Williams was also charged with one count of rape, assault with the purpose to conduct a sex offense, and forceful oral copulation.
Williams’ arraignment in the Santa Ana detention courtroom on Thursday went without a plea, and the case was delayed for January 12 at the West Justice Center. Assailed on Tuesday in a motel along Harbor Boulevard and Gisler Avenue, Williams is charged with assaulting the victim.
An inquiry for more information was not immediately answered by a district attorney’s office spokesman for Orange County.
