Legal documents reveal Montgomery juvenile attempted to shoot a police officer and fired into a Walmart store

Mocobizscene- New details have emerged from court records regarding the police chase that occurred on Monday. Fortunately, no one was injured despite shots being fired.

Savion Renardo German is facing criminal complaints after police were called on him for allegedly breaking into a car at the Walmart on Eastern Boulevard. Initially, the police had categorized it as a suspicious person call.

The police have confirmed that the officer involved in the incident did not sustain any injuries and did not retaliate with gunfire. After apprehending German, the Montgomery police filed charges against him for attempted murder, unlawful breaking and entering into a vehicle, and discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.

The bail amount set for him at the Montgomery County Detention Facility stands at $100,000.
