Mocobizscene- The Los Angeles Police Department’s Central Division patrol units promptly responded to reports of a street takeover on Lower Grand Avenue in Downtown Los Angeles at approximately 1 a.m. on Sunday.
Upon arrival, the officers found Lower Grand to be congested with car enthusiasts. Officers cleared out Lower Grand without any incident.
