Homicide confirmed in death of man found at Indianapolis apartment complex

Mocobizscene- The man who passed away has been identified as Clevester Brown Jr., aged 51, according to the Marion County Coroner’s Office.

Indianapolis police have declared a death investigation at apartments on the northeast side as a homicide. The incident, which initially started as a death investigation on Monday morning, was later confirmed to be a case of homicide by Monday afternoon.

The police have stated that the man’s name will be released by the Marion County Coroner’s Office once his family has been notified.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department received a call at 5:55 a.m. on Monday regarding an incident in the 4100 block of Brentwood Drive. The incident took place at the Towne and Terrace Apartments, located on the city’s northeast side.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) did not provide any details about the suspect or the possible factors that may have led to the shooting in their official statement.
