The Fort Worth Police Department responded to a reported shooting at an apartment complex in the western part of the city on Wednesday evening around 7:30 p.m. This incident was reported through a call received by the police department. Police stated that when they arrived at around 7:38 p.m., they found multiple victims with gunshot wounds in the parking lot. The age of the victims ranged from three to 19 years old, and their injuries varied from minor to severe.
Authorities stated that officers quickly responded and provided immediate medical assistance in collaboration with the Fort Worth Fire Department and MedStar.
Five individuals were transported to nearby hospitals, while one person declined medical treatment for their injury. The current status of the five individuals receiving medical care is unclear.
