Fatal Shooting In Northeast Indianapolis Leaves One Dead And Two Injured

Mocobizscene- Two men were shot, one of them fatally, on the northeast side of Indianapolis, according to the local police investigation.

Around 5:30 p.m., officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a report of a person shot in a residential area on the city’s northeast side. The incident took place in the 4000 block of Brentwood Drive.

Upon arriving at the scene, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) discovered two adult male victims. Tragically, one of the men was pronounced dead on-site, while the other victim was transported to the hospital and is currently in stable condition.

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) reported that the discovery of two victims was made within an apartment located in one of the occupied buildings at Towne and Terrace. Although IMPD did not disclose the circumstances leading up to the shooting, they have assured the public that there is no immediate danger.
