Mocobizscene-Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé is reaching out to the public for help in locating a suspect who was involved in a hit-and-run accident on January 1st. At around 4:20 a.m., a collision took place on the 100 block of Washington Street involving two Mercedes Benz vehicles.
After hitting a victim, the suspect, who was a passenger in the vehicle, fled from the scene.
