Doctor found guilty of raping two patients during exams

Mocobizscene-A Maryland doctor was found guilty by a jury of raping two patients in the examination room.

According to the prosecution, Dr. Ishtiaq Malik was employed at Advanced Walk-in Urgent Care in Silver Spring at the time of the sexual assaults.

Prosecutors claim that he forced the women to undress, closed the exam room doors, failed to provide them with gowns to protect themselves, and then touched and attacked them.

Tuesday’s testimony from one of the victims showed that Malik had repeatedly touched her in intimate places while obviously aroused. She claimed to be stunned and unsure of what to do. After the attack, she claimed to have sobbed in her car.
