Mocobizscene- A major traffic delay is being caused on Thursday morning due to a multi-vehicle crash on the Palmetto Expressway. The two left southbound lanes have been blocked off as a result.
The accident took place in Miami-Dade County on SR-826 South, just prior to reaching US-27/Okeechobee Road.
Several cars were seen pulled off to the left lanes of the expressway in the aerial footage of the scene. One car in particular exhibited significant damage to its front.
Traffic in the video appeared to be at a standstill, with cars moving bumper to bumper for miles. Currently, the police have not disclosed any details regarding the crash’s cause or whether there were any injuries sustained.
