Dead Man Discovered In Camper Van In Flatbush: NYPD

Mocobizscene- Authorities have identified the man as 32-year-old Juan Rivas Millan. Police are currently not considering his death as suspicious.

Last Wednesday night, the camper caused concern among the neighbors, who promptly notified the police. To their surprise, the NYPD informed them that it is within the bounds of the law for the camper to be parked on the street for up to a week.

Neighbor Glenda Edwards expressed her shock and frustration at the tragic incident that occurred in their neighborhood. She mentioned the presence of multiple ambulances and the unfortunate outcome of someone suffering from cardiac arrest and freezing to death.

Glenda emphasized that this unfortunate event could have been prevented if the appropriate measures were taken in time. She further stated that she had raised concerns and voiced her observations, highlighting the importance of prompt action to avoid such devastating consequences.

The medical examiner is currently investigating the cause of death.
