Mocobizscene- Sir Brown Jr., 24, has been apprehended by officers of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department for his involvement in the tragic killing of his girlfriend, 24-year-old Shania Shaw, which occurred on Monday.

Around 5:15 a.m. on Christmas Day, IMPD officers were dispatched to a residence in the 6600 block of East 52nd Place following a report of a disturbance involving gunshots.

According to court documents, the homeowner, who happens to be Brown Jr.’s father, approached the officers and informed them that he possessed security camera footage of the shooting incident.

According to Brown Sr., he informed the police that Brown Jr. and Shaw visited his house on Christmas Eve to leave their children there before heading out to enjoy a night of drinking in Broad Ripple.
