Cobb County crash leaves 2 children with severe injuries

Cobb County police are currently conducting an investigation into a crash that has resulted in serious injuries to two individuals.

A collision between a van and an SUV occurred on Austell Road at the intersection with Pat Mell Road.

According to authorities, the SUV was being operated by an adult driver, who was accompanied by four individuals under the age of 18.

The crash left two passengers with severe injuries.

The injured individuals were transported to nearby hospitals via ground ambulance.

The identities of the individuals have not yet been disclosed by the police.

Authorities are still investigating the crash.
