This practice involves collecting a large number of mail-in ballots from vulnerable populations, such as the elderly, and submitting them all at once. “I believe that it is important for every individual to possess a valid identification in order to exercise their right to vote,” Humphrey expressed. “Furthermore, the practice of ballot harvesting should be put to an end.”
