Alabama police locate missing children unharmed, apprehend mother

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has confirmed that the two children from Shelbyville, who were the subject of an Amber Alert on Monday, have been located and are safe.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has announced that the two missing children, 2-year-old Journey Garrett and 9-month-old Daley Garrett, have been found safe in Alabama. The girls’ non-custodial mother, Casey Campbell, is now in custody.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has reported that the girls were last seen on March 13 in Shelbyville and are believed to be in the vicinity of Powell, Alabama.

The Shelbyville Police Department is currently seeking Campbell for the charge of especially aggravated kidnapping.
