31-Year-Old Bayonne Woman Dies After Colliding with Parked Tractor Trailer in Jersey City: Authorities

Mocobizscene- Around 12:20 a.m. on Saturday, February 3rd, Stephanie Weymouth was a passenger in a 2019 Nissan car that collided with the rear of a parked tractor-trailer on Route 185 and Linden Avenue, as reported by Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez.

Weymouth tragically passed away shortly after 1 a.m., while the driver, a 28-year-old Staten Island resident, and a 27-year-old passenger from Old Bridge sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to Jersey City Medical Center for treatment, according to Suarez.

The Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit and the Jersey City Police Department are currently conducting an investigation into the incident. As of now, no arrests have been made.
