22-year-old skier from Indiana identified as the person killed at Loveland Ski Area by their family

Mocobizscene- According to the Clear Creek County Sheriff’s Office, a skier named Trina Pappas, 22, from Indiana, was skiing downhill with a male companion when they got separated. The companion reached the bottom of the hill and realized that Pappas hadn’t made it down. After a short while, he contacted the Loveland Ski Patrol, who discovered Pappas unconscious near a tree.

Despite the efforts of medical professionals, the sheriff’s office and Clear Creek Emergency Medical Services (EMS) sadly confirmed her death. The sheriff’s office has stated that there is no evidence of any foul play and that no criminal investigation is currently being conducted.

Pappas traveled to Colorado for a ski trip with his companion and her sister.
