A 12-year-old boy is currently in custody after being accused of participating in a group attack on two men and stealing one of their cars in September.
According to records from the D.C. police, the incident occurred in the vicinity of the Victory Heights Apartments on Irving Street in Northwest.
Five teenagers have been arrested and charged by the D.C. police in connection with two separate carjacking incidents that occurred in the District.
