The Prattville Police Department is investigating a felony theft and is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the culprit.

Prattville Police Investigators have released a photo of an unidentified man wanted in connection with a felony theft investigation. According to investigators, the crime took place on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, during regular business hours at a Kohl’s situated at 1460 Cotton Exchange, Prattville, AL.

According to investigators, the pictured suspect, a black male, was spotted wearing a dark-coloured baseball cap with a golden-coloured emblem, khaki jeans, a white Nike T-shirt, and a dark-coloured rucksack. The suspect exited the store by the emergency exit, leaving with $541.99 in unpaid purchases. The suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction. There are no other details available at this time.

The suspect is wanted for theft of property in the third degree, a Class D felony.
