Police have charged a 20-year-old in the shooting death of a Montgomery man

A 20-year-old guy has been charged with capital murder by the Montgomery Police Department.

Officers arrested Clarence McCall of Montgomery in the shooting murder of Michael Jordan, 45, on April 7. Jordan is also from Montgomery, according to Maj. Saba Coleman in an email.

He was detained and placed in the Montgomery County Jail on Friday. He is not bound in any way.

Officers are not providing any other information at this time, according to Coleman’s email.
