In Montgomery County, Florida, a motorcycle rider died after colliding with a deer

The Collision Reconstruction Unit (CRU) of the Montgomery County Department of Police is now investigating a fatal motorcycle collision that happened in the 21400 block of Beallsville Road near Sellman Road. Montgomery County Police and Montgomery County Fire Rescue went to Beallsville Road at 8:43 p.m. on Monday, July 10, 2023, for a report of a motorcycle collision with a deer.

Michelle Lee Beach, 53, of Dunedin, Florida, was catapulted from her motorcycle after colliding with a deer and was discovered by emergency personnel upon their arrival. She was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries and later died. The beach was following another motorcyclist southbound on Beallsville Road on her pink 2007 Suzuki GXSR 600 motorcycle when she hit the deer, according to early investigations. This investigation is ongoing.
