Breaking News: A week later, an escaped prisoner was apprehended

Jordan is 30 years old. Andrew Thomas was returned to prison on Monday.

Thomas was pulled up at 6 a.m. on the 7200 block of Troy Highway in Montgomery, according to Alabama Department of Corrections officials.

He was last spotted in Staton Correctional Facility on August 7th.

Thomas is serving a life sentence in Montgomery County for murder.
