A child was shot in Montgomery on Tuesday night

A boy received a non-life threatening gunshot wound in the 600 block of Hillsboro Road at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday, according to Montgomery police.

The shooting was attended to by police officers and fire medics.

They did not share the child’s age or any other details about the incident right away.
