In some areas, up to three inches of localized flooding may be possible. If the storm strengthens enough to earn an official name, it will be called Ophelia. The storm is expected to make its way up the coast, bringing these impacts with it.

Today’s weather forecast: Cloud cover is expected to increase throughout the day with temperatures reaching around 70 degrees.

Tonight’s Schedule: The evening is mostly dry. Overnight, rain moves from the south to the north. Rain gets worse overnight and is heavy in the morning on Saturday.

Tomorrow’s weather forecast: Expect blustery conditions with heavy rain throughout the day, accompanied by gusty winds of up to 50 mph. The rough surf and dangerous rip currents may result in minor coastal flooding. The temperature will be cooler, with highs around 60. However, the rain is expected to ease in the afternoon. Stay safe and be prepared for inclement weather.

Sunday: On Sunday, there is a high chance of rain that may come heavily at times, accompanied by strong winds. Expect temperatures to reach the 60s.

Monday: Leftover rain, but mainly in the morning. Highs in the 60s.
