Police have reported that several individuals were shot and sustained injuries on Saturday night outside the T-Mobile Center located in downtown Kansas City.
According to Captain Corey Carlisle, a representative for the Kansas City Police Department, the shooting occurred at approximately 9 p.m. outside the event venue located at 13th and McGee streets.
On Saturday night, the number of people injured was not specified, but according to Carlisle, there were “several” individuals who sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
During the WWE Supershow wrestling event at the T-Mobile Center, a shooting occurred, leading to a lockdown of the venue.
According to Carlisle, the police had secured the shooting scene, and the lockdown was lifted at 10:35 p.m.
