ROCHESTER, New York — According to the Batavia Police Department, a lady was found shot on Holland Avenue in Batavia overnight into Wednesday.
Officers stated they received a complaint of a disturbance involving 10 to 15 people, as well as gunshots heard in the area.
When the police came, they said that several people had run away from the scene as the woman was being found. She was sent to ECMC Hospital. Her current state is unclear.
