BATAVIA, N.Y. – A Monroe County man has been accused of robbery at Batavia Downs Gaming.
According to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office, it happened Thursday afternoon. According to them, while at the casino, Joseph Johnson, 53, violently grabbed stuff from the victim.
Johnson was later charged with robbery and harassment and was detained in court.
