A Florida man was arrested on grave animal cruelty charges that resulted in multiple deaths

Thomas Kelly, a resident of Ponce de Leon, Florida, was arrested on severe counts of animal abuse, which resulted in countless deaths. Kelly faces four felony charges of animal cruelty resulting in death, as well as thirty more counts of torturing, starving, or maiming animals.
